Decoymans Piper Napoleon (Polo) has just become Mediterranean Champion 2001.To achieve this title he had to win the CACIB at Monaco, Frejus in France and Sanremo in Italy.  All 3 shows take place within 8 days.  About 30 different breeds achieved the title this year and we believe Polo is the first Toller!
